Taking action to be as healthy as possible, and cultivating a wellness state of mind will help you through everything that happens in your life.  But getting there can be challenging.  The goal of my work is to make healthy eating simple and attainable.

The thing that gets me most excited is helping people reach their goals.  I have the ability to get solidly behind a person and become their biggest cheerleader.  I work side by side with them to overcome challenges and achieve the best results possible.  I am extremely focused, hard-working and results-driven.  And having fun while working is a must!

Experience and Education

My credentials have been shaped through academic training, 20 years experience coaching and developing executives, professionals and teams at a Silicon Valley Fortune 500 high-tech corporation, and my own personal journey to achieve optimum health.

Eric Funderburk C.M.T.Eric Funderburk

C.M.T., Certified Pilates Instructor

Eric is a bio mechanical soft tissue therapist specializing in imbalances, repetitive use strains, injuries, trigger points, and functional movement retraining.  He uses manual massage therapy techniques and concentrated movement modalities to assist people in relieving pain and limitations as well as maintain dynamic movement.

Experience and Education

Eric earned his massage therapy certification from The New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, N.M. in 1995.  Since then, he has worked with professional athletes, corporate executives, mother’s to be, the handicapped and injured, infants, kids, and teens, and everything in between.

Eric wanted to combine physical therapy with his massage therapy and found the physical therapy model he was looking for in Pilates.  He earned his Pilates certifications in 2002 with Polestar.

The combination of the two modalities complement each other perfectly to address the whole body-mind connection.
